Guava Juice

 


The guava is a very common fruit in Asian countries. It is very nourishing and rich in vitamins A and C. It is also rich in fiber. It is also a good source of fiber. Ingredients (for 1 serving)

·         1/2 ripe guava

·         1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

·         1/4 teaspoon black salt

·         1 to 11/2 teaspoons unsweetened powder

·         1/4 teaspoon chaat masala (to taste)

Method

1. Wash the guava well, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces.

2. Grind the pieces in a blender until you get a smooth paste.

3. Add lemon juice, enough water, black salt, and unsweetened powder, and mix well.

4. Strain through a sieve.

5. Add chaat masala and mix well.

6. Serve chilled.
