Low Calorie Smoothie Recipes for Weight Watchers

 


When you hear the word smoothie, you get the impression that you shouldn't eat it because it's fatty and you should watch your weight. When you think of smoothies, you think of ice cream, cake, and sweets. But that doesn't have to be the case. A smoothie is essentially a fruit drink, and as long as you know what you're putting in it, it can be a healthy drink. Try one of these low-calorie smoothie recipes for thin peopllike you! It will also help you consume extra calories.  

One of the best things about smoothies is that they contain whole fruit, not just fruit juice. This gives you more healthy nutrients and fiber from the fruit, which helps with digestion. You can also add a few healthy ingredients to your smoothie to enhance the effect.  


Soppy Smoothie   

This recipe is rich, creamy, low in calories, and high in nutrients. Research has shown that sorrel is a natural remedy for all types of cancer and tumors. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie for a very nutritious and refreshing drink. If you wish, cool in the refrigerator.  


Ingredients.                

1 cup seedless sour SOPA (guayabano), fresh or slightly frozen                 

1/2 cup milk of your choice (fat-free, skim, soy)                 

1/2 cup of skim milk yogurt   


Coco Loco   

Combining the diuretic properties of coconut with the vitamins and nutrients of the best lychee juices, this recipe is a healthy and refreshing drink. Let cool in the refrigerator before serving.  


Ingredients.                

1/2 cup fresh or slightly frozen seedless lychees                 

1 1/2 cups shredded young coconut                 

1/2 cup coconut juice or milk of your choice                 

1 tablespoon of honey   


Green & Go   

This recipe will help you lose weight thanks to the properties of green tea. Mix well and chill before serving.  


Ingredients. 

8 cups of cold water 

4 green tea bags (ratio 2:1 boiling water to 1 tea bag) 

1/2 cup honey (can also be 1/2 cup brown sugar) 

1/2 cup lemon juice 

Optionallemon slices, fresh mint leaves 


Procedure  

Bring 8 cups of cold water to a boil. 

Pour boiling water over 4 green tea bags. 

Let steep for 4 to 5 minutes. 

Remove the tea bags and let them cool to room temperature. 

Once they have cooled, put them in a blender. 

Add honey and lemon juice and blend well. 

Serve chilled. 

Serve with plenty of ice, lemon slices, fresh mint leaves, and honey to taste.
